Sarchí Arts and Crafts

Sarchí is a traditional and scenic country town full of history, arts & crafts. You can admire and enjoy the woodworking skills of some of the most artistic Costa Rican craftspeople. It is located less than an hour away from San Jose, the capital city.

The typical multi-coloured and decorated ox cart, a true national symbol, is one of the most attractive objects you will find there, among a multitude of souvenirs and items of furniture made of tropical and fine woods.

In Moravia you will also find a large variety of crafts. The street know as "crafts & arts lane" is ful! with art store (this street is only 15 minutes away from the recovery home)

Multiplaza/Mall San Pedro/Terramall
